Francis E. McGill, III and Nancy LaNoce are the attorneys at McGill & LaNoce.
Frank McGill has a Civil Engineering degree as well as a Law Degree. After graduating law school, he clerked for Judge Joseph McGlynn in the United States Federal Court Eastern District and later joined his father’s law practice serving the Roxborough/Manayunk community. Frank counsels high net worth individuals in their estate planning and administration. Additionally, he currently serves as an independent Trustee for families. Mr. McGill serves as counsel for banks in the Philadelphia area and owns McGill & LaNoce Land Transfer Services, LLC, a title agency whose underwriter is Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.
Nancy LaNoce graduated from LaSalle University with a B.S. in Biology and a B.A. in English. She worked as a Systems Analyst before attending Villanova University Law School. For over 20 years, Nancy has concentrated on personalized attention to individuals and families who are planning their estates or are facing the issues and challenges involved in estate administration, elder law and family law. Since 1988, Nancy has lived in Roxborough and has worked with charities in the community. Most recently, she has served on the Board at the Roxborough YMCA.
